I have tried to both call & email to with a request for assistance and have not had much luck connecting. The number posted on this site (443) 219-3500 is not in service and I suspect my email was recognized as spam because of the unusual address. Can someone please call me on Thursday at 618-792-2049? Thank you. I really appreciate what this site it all about.

I have not figured out what happened. None of my family is on this page right now. It was a picture that was on my computer but I never even tried to upload a photo or do anything with my profile except sign up. There is a photo of me NOW because we couldn't get the photo off and the only other option was to change the photo. I just didn't want personal pictures of my kids on this page.

Collene: I'm sorry I just saw this post. We're trying to be much more punctual and responsive. Truthfully, I'm not sure how that happened. If you gave permission to others to access your account, a member of your family or friend may have uploaded it. In this gap between May 5 and today, did you discover what happened? If not, please respond here. We'll see what we can do.

I signed up for this page yesterday and when I checked back later in the day, I found a picture of my daughter as my profile picture that I did NOT upload. Ever. I was a little disturbed. What could have happened?
